CBX Global Appoints New CEO

Dear Valued Partners,

On behalf of the CBX Global family I would like to formally announce the retirement of Mr. John Ford from CBX Global, effective March 1, 2020. Mr. Ford, one of the founders of CBX Global, has served the company for 31 years and has given the majority of his life to build and develop us into the multi-global logistics company we are today. Following a short break, Mr. Ford will join the WCA to work with their agent development and customer service teams. CBX Global’s Board of Directors along with our new CEO wish Mr. Ford the best in this new chapter of his life. We thank John for his dedication, many years of service, his vision and his contribution to our organization.

Upon the recommendation of Mr. Ford and with the unanimous approval of CBX Global’s Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce Mr. Joselin Ramos, as the newly appointed CEO of CBX Global. Before his appointment, Joselin served as the Senior Vice President of our North American and Caribbean operations. He started with the CBX family in 1987 and has contributed to the numerous achievements that we have had over the years. With over 30 years’ of experience within the organization he has worked from the ground up, with great success, in all aspects of the business qualifying him for his new position of leadership. In addition to his time with CBX, Mr. Ramos has held positions as Chair of the District Export Council, a member of the Board of Exterior Trade for Puerto Rico, and is currently an active member of the logistics community, where he is highly regarded.
