Greetings, CBX Team,

I trust you're all keeping well in these sweltering summer months. Allow me to send you a virtual hug in appreciation for the constant dedication and passion each of you displays as integral members of our CBX Global family. Reflecting upon the past six months, we've all faced our fair share of stress due to a rapidly and aggressively shifting market. Like skilled surfers, we have adeptly navigated every fail and flow, treating every high wave or sudden rip curl not as a threat but as an opportunity for growth and innovation.

However, as the saying goes, "In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity" - Albert Einstein.

We now find ourselves facing another uncontrollable variable - the weather. Several of our offices: MIA, JAX, SAP, MGA, SJU, SDQ, and BQN, are potential targets for hurricanes. Rest assured, our leaders all over the region worked and will continue to work on our contingency plans to address these challenges.

As we transition into the fourth quarter, we are excited to share numerous updates, including those around the evolution of our organizational structure. We're also thrilled to announce a significant new initiative - CBX Global Healthcare Solutions. This venture aims to expand our footprint and unveil new opportunities in the healthcare sector across all CBX territories.

To fully capitalize on this initiative, we are strengthening our educational efforts, refining our processes, and, most importantly, emphasizing the power of teamwork and collaboration. These core principles will pave our way toward success in this exciting new journey.

We are pleased to announce the launch of CBX Global Healthcare Solutions, a groundbreaking effort to revolutionize the healthcare logistics industry. Rosibel, as we know her, has wonderful customer service and leadership skills. Her abilities and 12 years of dedication at CBX Global have created an excellent work environment at the station, leading the team to achieve not only the company's goals, but also her team's personal goals.

Juan Hernandez, Accounting Representative - BQN

His colleagues describe him as a dedicated, responsible and funny professional. After 20 years with CBX Global, he is always ready with a comment to make the people around him laugh. Juan is also a virtuoso guitarist and singer: one of our favorites!

Oscar Lantigua, Help Desk Technician - SDQ

It has been a year since Oscar started working for the CBX Global family. His team members describe him as a diligent and emphatic colleague. He is very dedicated to his work, always willing to help others and go the extra mile in the things he does on a daily basis.

Briana Cooper, Customer Service Agent - JAX

Briana joined our company in May 2021. She excelled at her role and shared her laughter and outgoing personality, serving as JAX onsite Influencer. An accident in February 2023 led to a three-month leave of absence which left a void in our team and a fear that we would lose her. On May 2023, we welcomed Briana back with cheers and tears of happiness. Her story has proven that obstacles can be overcome with commitment and a desire to live.

Social Events

DR Forum B2B

In an effort to continue developing unique solutions to everyday challenges, CBX Global participated in the DR Forum. Held in the Dominican Republic, the event's focus market was the manufacturers of medical devices and electronic components in the free zones of the island. International experts addressed issues related to trade development, business opportunities in the new world scenario and the generation of productive value chains, among others.

2023 National Jamboree

Organized by the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the National Jamboree is held every 4 years in West Virginia. This year's gathering is planned for more than 15,000 BSA Scouts, Venturers, Sea Scouts, Explorers, and unit leaders, including more than 4,000 Jamboree staff members.

Committed to our communities, CBX Global sponsored the Puerto Rico Troop, accompanied by one of our own, Mr. Peter Chatt, CBX Global Senior VP and current Scoutmaster.
