Joselin Ramos

Chief Executive Officer

Born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Mr. Ramos has developed a deep understanding of the industry after 36 years of experience in logistics and international trade.

Joselin’s academic journey includes a major in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Over the years, he has expanded his expertise through multiple training courses and certifications. He has also served on the Board of Exterior Trade of Puerto Rico (reporting to the PR Governor), as President of the Puerto Rico Manufacturing Association (PRMA) and the Public Utilities Committee, as VP and later President of the Puerto Rico District Export Council (a subsidiary of the US Department of Commerce), Board Member of PRMA, active member of the Dominican Republic Logistics Cluster, and other organizations in many countries and cities in the US.

President

Born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Joseph R. is an entrepreneur with over 36 years of experience in the logistics industry.

After graduating with a degree in Electronics, he began working in the family trucking business. Over the years, he developed his professional skills in areas such as equipment maintenance and sales, and the implementation of other services in the company such as warehousing, trucking and air and ocean cargo, among others. 

His skills include Executive Management, Business Development, Domestic and International Compliance, Logistics, Legal, Human Resources, Sales, Operations Management, Government Incentives, DOT, FMC, US Customs Compliance and Bonds, TSA, BASC, Retail & Distribution, 3PL, VMI among others.

Joseph R. started -12 years ago- an annual non-profit activity called La Vieja Belen, to benefit children living in low-income areas of the Dominican Republic.

Jorge Tomassini

Chief Financial Officer

Born in Mayagüez, PR, Mr. Tomassini is a Certified Public Accountant in Puerto Rico and Florida.

With a BBA in Accounting, Jorge has graduate studies in Finance. He transferred to Transportation and Logistics in 2016 after 20 years in the Food Service Industry, where he developed from Clerk, Auditing Assistant, Controller, and Purchasing & Warehouse Distribution Director, among other jobs. He also served as Project Manager during that tenure, implementing and overseeing different ERPs and back-office solutions. At the personal level, Jorge is an avid tennis and golf player, mountain biker, and seasonal snowboarder. He also has had a green thumb for cultivating bonsais since age 16, a skill instructed by his late uncle.

Don Milligan

Chief Commercial Officer

Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA, Mr. Milligan has a BS in Economics and a BS in Industrial Relations, and over 41 years of experience in the Logistics Industry.

His areas of expertise include sourcing, management & leadership for major U.S. apparel manufacturing, U.S. domestic logistics, operations, sales & commercial departments, global logistics, the development of international offices and corporate leadership.

Over the years, Mr. Milligan has held various positions in his church, HOA and several industry organizations. He’s been involved with Cancer Services & United Ways and has developed an interest in sports, classic cars, reading, travel and current events.

He is married and enjoys spending time with his family.

Hery Roldan

Chief Technology Officer

Born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, Mr. Roldán is an experienced professional with 30 years of experience in Finance, Information Technology, Sales, Operations and Administration.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Major, he started his professional career in the banking industry.  After joined Caribe Freight Forwarding of PR, Inc. Hery took over positions in sales, operations and administration, and developed its expertise in the Caribbean, Virgin Islands, Central America & USA markets. Over the years, he has worked as a Controller, Senior Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer, among other positions.

Hery has been also a member of the CaribEx Worldwide Inc.’s Board of Directors for over twenty (20) years, now serving as a Board Treasurer.

Peter Chatt

Senior VP

Born in Puerto Rico, Peter spent his early teenage years surrounded by trucks, airports, and warehouses, helping the family business in multiple ways.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from North Carolina State University and has 34 years of experience in the logistics industry. From operating warehouses to running a fleet of trucks, to moving ocean freight, to administrating a cargo airline between Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

Peter is married and enjoys spending time with his family and participating in activities with the Boy Scouts of America, where he’s a very active member.

Leandro Fonseca

Senior VP of Commercial Development

Born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, Mr. Fonseca has 29 years of professional experience mainly in areas such as Sales, Administration and Operations.

With a Master’s Degree in Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Leandro has developed his skills managing departments such as Commercial, Operations and Administration, and supporting others as Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, Facilities Management, and Administrative Support Services.

Leandro is the Secretary of the board of directors of the San Carlos health system in Puerto Rico.

He is married and has two children.

Eric Santiago

Senior VP of Global Logistics

Born in New York, and raised in Puerto Rico, Mr. Santiago holds a BA in Economics, Mathematics, and Business Administration – Summa Cum Laude; a Master’s Degree in Business, and supplementary professional education. His major areas of expertise include organizational transformations, change/crisis management and international manufacturing finance.

Before joining CBX Global, Mr. Santiago served as VP of Operations for Fresenius Kabi PR, in which he was recognized with the 2017 President’s Leadership Award. Additional experience includes CFO and Global Controller Manufacturing for Fenwal International, Inc. and Director of Finance and Strategy for Baxter Healthcare Corp, in which received the Presidential Leadership Award in 2001.

Eric is the President of the Puerto Rico Manufacturing Association and has been related to the Boy Scouts of America for over 50 years, where he is the Past Council President of the Puerto Rico BSA Council and the first Eagle Scout of Troop 122.

He is married and has two sons.

Mr. Knight was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

A graduate of Rockingham Community College, he has over 39 years of experience in the logistics industry, excelling in areas such as air freight services, import and export, customer service, business development and the Indian subcontinent, China and European markets.

His previous employers include Wrangler Aviation and Southern World International (Miami, Fl and San Juan, PR).

Eddie is married and enjoys playing the piano, songwriting and recording in his spare time.                                        

Madeline Chatt

Director of Compliance

Born in Puerto Rico, Madeline’s has over 17 years of experience in the Logistics Industry, influenced by her family company, a trucking business.

Madeline has a Bachelor’s Degree in Intercultural Communication and French. She is also a licensed customs broker and a Certified Customs Specialist. Her professional career started specializing in sales across the Caribbean and Central America. After joining CBX Global, she has managed multiple departments, including trucking, operations, and compliance, among others, in Miami, San Juan, and Aguadilla branches.

On her personal time, Madeline enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and crocheting.

Madeline is married and has a son.

Romeo Esquivel

VP for Asia-Pacific Logistics

Born in El Salvador, Romeo graduated with honors in Chemical Engineering and an MBA.  With 30 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, Mr. Esquivel strengths include strong data-driven and results-oriented, Tools analysis, and Business Intelligence, among others.

He has given numerous conferences and worked as a lecturer at Intl. Universities in fields such as business negotiation tactics, business process diagnostics, strategic planning and corporate entrepreneurship, among others.

Romeo is married with 2 children and is a certified PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor. 

Annie Paredes

Senior Director Business Development & Customer Service

Born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Annie is a Logistics expert with 15 years of experience in Air, Ocean and Road Transportation, as well as Warehouse and distribution.

Mrs. Paredes has bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Operations Management, and has completed a Human Resources Certificate Program. Her business experience demonstrated her leadership skills in areas such as Human Resources, Management, Administration, and Customer Service.

Annie is registered with the Honduran Foundation for Social Responsibility and enjoys reading as much as gardening.

Sasha Davila

Commercial Development Director

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Sasha has over 20 years of experience in General Management, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Business Development, Commercial, Procurement, and Marketing.

Sasha has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has Master’s Degree credits in International Business. Throughout her career, Sasha has also acquired several certifications including TSA, Hazardous Material, and Good Distribution Practices, among others.

She is passionate about her Puerto Rican culture and the island beaches, crafting jewelry, dancing to music and cuisines new flavors.

She is married to a leader in the logistics industry and has three children.  

Sahiri Neder

Commercial Development Director

Born in the Dominican Republic, Sahiri is an enthusiastic professional with 29 years of experience in the logistics industry.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in International Trade Law, her areas of expertise include negotiation, local and international sales, strategic planning and customer service. One of her accomplishments is obtaining the Nigua Logistics Operator Certification for CBX in the Dominican Republic. She is also a member of the Dominican Association of Air and Ocean Cargo Agents and the Dominican Association of Free Zones.

Sahiri loves music, the beach and meeting new people.

Irmannette Torres

Director of HR Manager & Strategic Initiatives 

Born in Big Spring, Texas, Irmannette leaped into a career in the Transportation and Logistics field three years ago after 21 years of service in the University of Puerto Rico System.

She holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and an extensive portfolio of continued education, including training in Performance Assessment from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her experience and executive leadership skills allowed her to excel in initiatives such as transitioning traditional brick-and-mortar education to distance learning and serving as Project Manager implementation of a payroll software system for seven countries.

Irmannette’s outstanding networking and community outreach skills have not only earned her recognition but also allowed her to make a significant impact. Her dedication led to her appointment as VP of Programs for the International Propeller Club – Port of Jacksonville and as a valued member of the Business and Industry Leadership Team (BILT) for FSCJ, demonstrating her commitment to fostering meaningful connections and driving positive change.

In her personal life, Irmannette cooks and entertains, rides her bike, and snowboards when the occasion pops up.

Robert L. Schuster

Director of Application Development and Support

Born in Sandusky, Ohio, Mr. Schuster is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years of successfully managing major projects and a career of consistent professional growth.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and other Associate degrees, Robert’s areas of expertise include systems and process improvement, data analytics, business intelligence, application development, and business planning and forecasting.

Through his professional career, Mr. Schuster has gained valuable experience working in many different industries, including retail, insurance, gaming, sports teams, transportation, automotive, and manufacturing companies. 

Bob is a Certified Microsoft SQL Server (DBA) and enjoys competing in USAFT Masters – Track & Field (Compete Pole Vault and Sprints (60M,100M).
